Absolutely a must go restaurant. Open, airy and wonderful staff. I'm going back just for the cheesecake
Great venue. Friendly and efficient staff. Food and drinks menu offer a good selection. Spare Ribs are beautiful as is the fresh fish. A great small community feel about the place. Well worth a visit.
The manager Amy such a lovely sweet lady, who runs a amazing team you can see the bond the Staff have. Rack of ribs is the bomb, meat just falls of the bone, delicious! Better then anywhere else!! S&P squid is also highly addictive!
Well I guess it was a long weekend and they had run out out certain parts of their menu.. so I ordered steak it was really good! But just a bit stingy on their wine pours..aways under the line??? You know a glass of wine is extremely expensive as it is without pouring it short..won't be back in a hurry..

Ordered kumara chips to takeaway, and they came dumped in a bag, as they ran out of trays and didn’t care to tell us- until we noticed oil seeping from bottom of bag. the inside of the chips were extremely dry and tasted old. Rang to let them know and received laughter in response. very disappointed.
Great atmosphere, friendly service, and the simple food is always fresh and high quality.
Great wee spot. Lovely people, unpretentious and old skool charm. Food is a simple and nicely done menu. Hard working bunch of people there and would certainly recommend and go back there but remember its old skool NZ don't expect all the food you order to come out at the same time and all the better for it!
