LeftBank & the Mint Cafe

Went for team lunch today and the food was lovely. Fish and chips and the seafood chowder were the highlights of our group choices.

Excellent little cafe with a lot of charm. Food was stunning and the building as well. I loved the tea selection. Will be back for sure.

I had a lovely brocolli salad with cranberry, nuts and beautiful dressing. There was a southern cheese roll there, so it didn't go with the salad really but wanted to try it and also had a vanilla slice which in my day we called them custard squares, that was amazing too. 5 star rating to the little old bnz bank called MINT Cafe

I had a great meal... thank you for the wonderful service also... the Chef is very good.. that goes with the front of house also... And very busy...

This place is open! Wed-Sun. Finished first 45kms up from Opua and the seafood chowder with garlic bread hit the spot - rich and delicious!
