Great friendly service, staff are brilliant made choosing flowers so easy Would give them 10 star's
I have bought flowers from lynda for years on numerous occasions for different reasons. Every time I am greeted with a warm,friendly smile and time for a quick chat. Not only does lynda provide excellent customer service but her flowers are absolutely beautiful and always quirky and different which I love.I would highly recommend her for her inventive, modern ideas and excellent attention to detail.
Fantastic service, flowers and great staff
Immediate training in customer service required, especially how to speak to someone on the phone, very unhelpful and unprofessional!! Weird crazy controlling woman! Lynda was aggressive unwilling to listen and later got her husband Nigel to call and threaten to drive down and sort me out!! Stick to your word!
