Story

Lee Recruitment started in 2013. It is a locally owned and operated recruitment agency with an aim to help build a better community for all of us through meaningful employment.

Our Goal is to find suitable employment for people in accordance with their skills and ambitions.

Our moving force and the first contact person is Mark Lee - Director of Lee Recruitment. Mark has been in the recruitment industry for over ten years. He has broad experience in all aspects of recruitment.

He is a Fitter Welder by trade with an understanding of the working conditions, demands, and the general trade environment which helps him search for the best qualified and skilled people for the job.

After working mostly in engineering Mark moved into recruiting and managing apprentices following by general recruiting.

He thoroughly enjoys the process of 'putting good people into good jobs' and is driven to help people achieve their employment goals.

Outside of work he enjoys hunting and fishing and other outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and daughter.

The support of Jonathan Lee was very professionally done all through the process. James was very clear about what the hiring team needed, and that was very helpful in preparing to meet with them. Honestly, their follow Ups was quite impressive.
The entire team is friendly, professional and efficient. I've been in touch with many agencies who usually promise the moon and deliver very little. Jonathan Lee delivered what they promised at record speed. I can't recommend them and thank them enough.
Worst recruitment service I ever worked with. Improper set up, 0 or innacurate information, surprising set up after signed contract…confusing! Left pretty quickly not only because their client was awful and lied about their job description but Jonathan Lee did did not bother checking with them and advertised misleading job description! To get paid is a nightmare on top !! I don’t see them being in business for much longer with this business strategy

Worked and earned money for them for couple of years and when it was end of contract the Jonathan Lee site staff or head office didn't bother to say a word. Shows how bad and unprofessional they are.

Seem to copy/paste job ads, same specification in multiple locations, you apply and then you just get a generic email, "The response to our vacancies is always very high and I am writing to let you know that unfortunately, we have sourced other candidates who more precisely match the requirements on this occasion". Yet other agencies are all over me. Either their ATS is badly implemented, or they favour academic credentials over experience, or the agents don't know what they're doing, or they're posting ads to fill their books or meet targets, or all of the above. One of the most well known technical recruiters, I just don't know why they've gone downhill so much in the last 10 years.
