I just need to give a massive shout out to Dr. Shirley Chand for her excellent service today. She really made me feel comfortable with the tooth extraction and it was painfree. Tooth was out in 60 seconds. Leabank Dental is highly recommended if you fear going to the dentist. Ill be back soon for fillings. Thank you team Leabank.
Very poor Time Management, my appointment was booked for 5:30 & I didn’t get seen until 7:10 and by the time they had finished, all the pharmacies were closed so I didn’t get any antibiotics or pain killers. I didn’t get any pain killers from them either. Another thing is we agree on an appointment time and date , and then they change the time when they send a text reminder. I went to the dentist for a check up on my extractions today but the dentist was late AGAIN and I had a doctors appointment an hour later, so I left because I didn’t want to miss my next appointment. The dentist walked in 15 minutes after their start time both times I was there. I got all 4 of my wisdoms out on Monday 2 Oct, and half of my mouth is still numb Monday 9 Oct. Not very happy with the visits.
Great service and they will help you ASAP with no waiting time. I just went and see them last 2weeks and today I've already got my extraction done thank you to Grace Mataia and their workers for the great job I really loved it
Went to my appointment today and I was amazed and so happy with the service from both the ladies working there. They were super friendly over the phone and have such a gentle nature in person. Also just so informative as to what was going on in my mouth haven't been to a dentist in 16years so yeah was pretty nervous. Cute little setup as well all the rooms are so hygenically clean and just a nice private clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book an appointment with them. Won't be disappointed. Such wonderful staff. Thankyou Ladies
Bless Leabank dental staff for such wonderful service. Been there four times already and all staff I've seen have very kind manner, use to be scared going dentist but they make me feel so comfortable and safe every time. Reena Raj is so polite and friendly she explains everything to me so well. Never had a problem here, full star for this place
