Really happy with all my purchases from Latch, and grateful that you can go and try on the actual items. I went in my second trimester and found lots of comfortable dresses and tops that made summer with a growing belly much more bearable, and Gina was really helpful and patient with me trying on lots of clothes in the store. Nice clothes, good prices, and lovely service!
I bought a dress from them when I first saw them at a wee market. They have a great range of dresses, shirts, hoodies for mums and it makes breastfeeding much easier. Than I bought 2 bras when I went to the shop in Rolleston. But in a short time one of them ended up being bigger than the other even they are the same size and I did try it on. And I have also some milk pads what was a little bit disappointment as they started to stink even I washed them very often. Also their website us not working very well. I had a look over the time and there are still some issues. Happy to recommend for the range of dresses and tops.
I ordered the breast pads starter pack in regular size which are meant to measure about 10.5cm diameter according to the website. Although I receive the order promptly, they were the wrong size, despite the invoice stating size “regular”. They looked big so I measured them and sure enough they were 13cm in diameter which is “large” on the website.nnI tried all the modes of getting in touch, the chat function on the website didn’t seem to work, so I emailed and left a detailed message over the phone. After a week I hadn’t heard from anyone but received an email that my purchase had been refunded.nnI don’t know if I’d recommend ordering online as the communication isn’t there if something goes wrong. Mistakes happen but a little communication can go a long way...
