Hannah is incredible! Went for my second appointment with her around a week ago and my brows look amazing. She’s so friendly and made the whole experience for me so comfortable and completely took all my nerves away. Chic Lash itself is so beautifully set up, the team are very genuine and professional, you feel like you are definitely in the best hands. Seriously recommend
Wow!! What an awesome experience I had today! When I wen in today i wasn’t really educated on what I wanted, but after discussing with the lady that was going to do my brows I was totally comfortable and at ease! She did a fantastic job with my brows I highly recommend to anybody to try CHIC LASH IN BROWS. Easy to get to, in a nice little fresh sit on the main rd i. Newmarket across from Platapus. I've been going to Hannah for years. She has given me permanent eyeliner and brows and also eyelash enhancement. Hannah is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend her services. She is so lovely. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you.
I had my brows microbladed with Hannah 2 years ago, just returned to get annual touched up by Magic Brow and Lip Blushing to neutralise my dark lips. Diana is absolutely amazing and skilled at what she does. She listened to what I wanted which was a more natural look due to thin eyebrows and dark lips. Now, they are healed perfectly and am extremely happy with the results. Thank you so much Diana and I would totally recommend your services.
Absolutely fantastic service at Chic Lash. Hannah was so brilliant at not only doing my lash line which I’m extremely happy with, but also her calm, friendly and positive demeanor and conversation made this a really enjoyable experience.
I had the worst experience here. I definitely do not recommend. I came in to get lash extensions and when I walked in there was no one to be seen. I rang the little bell, I yelled out, I rang, I texted, and still no answer. I sat there for 10min waiting and still nothing. I got very impatient and rang the bell continuously for 2+ minutes and finally someone walks out and tells me to wait. Like did you not hear me yelling before? Did you not see me ringing your phone? Pmo. Also her breath smelt so bad, and to be smelling that for 2 hours straight was bad enough. She also took the bottom lash covers off halfway thru and by the end of it all, my eyes were glued shut and she had to rip my eyes open. Now before she started doing my lashes, I had told her that I was going to be using Afterpay and she said it was fine, but when we were finished, she then told me that their “machine wasn’t working” and that I needed to transfer the full amount to her bank account. She stood at the bottom of the stairs, by the door until I had paid it. This was very unprofessional and the most unpleasant experience ever. The lashes were trash. They were falling out the same day I got them and only lasted a week. I am never coming back here.

Upsetting, she had a promotion going on but gave me a service that wasn't in the promotion, she started off doing my lashes, then had another staff do my lashes without my permission, I don't even know if that staff was qualified, my eyes were twitching so badly while she did them, if I didn't bring it up and tell them why is someone else doing my lashes they would have kept going . Price is bizzare out the window. And extra charge for afterpay even worse !!!!!
