I went to this institute a few times, and almost every time I was disappointed. there is just Taylor who was amazing and did a good job. Some beauticians were unpleasant and the work was not well finished. Positive point the setting is nice but the cleanliness is not a strong point a lot of dust and stained towels.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facials, massages especially the scalp massage sooo relaxing. Parking a bummer during peak hours and relaxing room could have their comfy couches refinished BUT it is a lovely spa. My teenager has had her hair cut here and she loves Ashley. I come regularly for my pamper and always leave relaxed.

Awesome experience

My bridesmaids and I went to breathe for our wedding nails. They did a fantastic job of our nails. Also, huge shout out to young Taylor who fixed my terrible lash lift done by another salon. So pleased with the result. You are a lifesaver. Couldn't recommend highly enough xx
