I meant to put this up a couple months ago regarding my experience getting a nlockage in my septic system resolved … that Laser didn’t resolve and cost me over $1000.00 extra.nnFirstly the Laser plumbing plumber was a nice guy and they arrived.nnIn July this year during the heavy rain I had my septic system overflowing as there was a blockage.nnIt was a Saturday and the plumber came out, he hydrojetted it, it seemed OK, but before he finished packing up it was blocked again. He suggested it was saturation and due to the heavy rain give it a couple days and it should be OK. Or he said the septic needed to be emptied- despite it had been done only 12 months before, before I bought the house.nnA few days later nothing had changed. A manager from Laser rang because at the same time the plumber tried to upsell me in to a septic upgrade. I raised the fact that it was still blocked and he reiterated your tank must be full. OK they arectye experts right.nnSo I paid the $693.45 invoice.nnThen I paid for my septic tank to be cleared - an extra $480.00.nnBut it was still blocked. So I called out Total plumbing.nnTotal Plumbing sent two plumbers and went through a lengthy process of inspection which in luded CCTV. There was a blockage at the tank end.nThey used a long plunger and the pipe was fine. Another $944.40 invoice.nnI intended leaving my review for a few weeks to make sure the issue was actually resolved.nnIt is a few months now and no issues since, at all.nnI felt I was dicked over by Laser Plumbing. They were quite dismissive of my concerns and rolled it all back on to me. It cost me $1173.45 extra - which annoys me greatly.nnIf they had been as thorough as Total Plumbing I would not have spent $480 on a septic tank clean that was unnecessary. I wouldn’t have wasted paying $693.45 paying Laser for effectively nothing. I am disappointed that despite me raising the issue a couple times I was dismissed.nnSo my recommendation if you want an effective plumbing repair DON’T use Laser Plumbing.nnI recommend Total plumbing, it cost more BUT they fixed the problem by being exceptionally methodical.nnThis would have been a one star review … but the plumber was prompt and polite.nnI will never recommend Laser Plumbing Kerikeri.
Would highly recommend this provider. We are extremely pleased with the work done. The neatness of the pipework were excellent and the good service and fast response with small issues appreciated.
Laser Plumbing is awesome! Our califont went out and they had us in hot water by the next morning. Super fast, professional and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend Laser Plumbing!
Very professional company. They did a very good job. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Turned up within a short space of time to deal with a problem with our hot water system. Sorted in short order, and we are up and running again. Will always have these guys on our preferred trades call sheet. The rates are very reasonable
