We had mums 90 birthday lunch at Lansdowne House. The host was fantastic and looked after us well. Lovely food, well cooked and nicely presented. Everyone was very impressed with the venue. It is currently for sale, with a seperate 3 bedroom house on site at a great price of offers over $2.2 million NZD
Wonderful venue, superb hospitality, top notch food. Highly recommend Lansdowne House as a venue for your function.nWe attended the mid year Christmas lunch on the 25th of June. It was a wonderful occasion. Couldn't fault it

Thanks so much to Kadia and her team for making my mums Xmas day extra special this year. As a family, we were meant to be heading up to Landsdown House for Xmas Day, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to attend. Kadia went out of her way to make sure my mum, and all the family, still enjoyed the wonderful delicacies that make up a Landsdown House Xmas lunch, via catering. We, as a family would like to thank you, and your team Kadia, for making my mum’s last Xmas..a super special one. All the food was amazing.
Thanks so much Kadia and staff of Lansdowne House for making Barrie's 80th birthday celebrations so special. As this was a small family occasion it was held in the Red Dining Room, a tastefully decorated, cosy and intimate room which was just perfect for the occasion. The food was so delicious with many choices and plenty to go around more than once. The service was excellent throughout the evening. Our family, some of whom came from Washington DC, Toronto and Montreal in Canada were most impressed with the whole package - the beautiful house, the intimate dining room, food to die for!! plus NZ wines.nAgain, many thanks Kadia and staff for making the occasion so memorable.
