Such horrible customer service. As I went in this morning the receptionist was sitting behind the screen with no mask on. She asked me if I had a mask I could put on, I kindly told her I had an exemption. She immediately got an attitude and did the whole mmmhmmm. I asked if she would like to see my exemption and she continued with her rude attitude. Way to make a feel a customer feel uncomfortable when they have a legitimate reason for not wearing a mask! Would not recommend.
I should have gone there,...... I used this place for a replacement windscreen on my car in the past. I wish I had asked my family member to take our truck there for the same thing. Made the mistake of taking it elsewhere and what a mistake that was . Lakeland glass are efficient, friendly, helpful, even lent their loan car when I needed it. All was ordered and fitted in 24 hours unlike another well known windscreen glazier in town that took 2 weeks. Lakeland Glass you will have all my business from now on. My personal recommendation to all.
Emergency stop on way to Wellington thanks to a truck not slowing down through road works. Full windscreen replacement done. Great service and friendly staff. Excellent communication and health and Safety. Thanks Bevan and Tash.

The sad thing is they couldn't help me as I needed a new indscreen and they couldn't do it till end of May...not enough tech staff...had to go elsewhere
We have moved from a different City and needed to put a couple of cat doors in, when dealing with our questions and needs they listened and helped make it easier, If in the future we need to have glass replaced etc we will be happy to be return customers.
Bevan has been great. He's fixed numerous windows for us and always does a top notch job.
Fantastic service. Was the only crowd that could fix my windscreen chip on a Saturday. Will definitely be back and recommending to others.
