Wanaka i-site really go above and beyond, bad weather meant we couldn't do a planned trip so rang the i-site last minute and super easy had a wine tour booked and paid for. Later on they messaged us to wish me a happy birthday and a good tour! Thanks so much Janelle!

The team member on duty today 31/1 was fantastic. Approached us as soon as we entered made appropriate and engaging small talk steering us to a few suitable activities- excellent “Trainee” apologies we didn’t catch your name.

Came into town late on 30th of Dec, looking for accommodation for that night. Could find nothing ourselves. Janelle and Hil rang about 10 people they knew and finally were able to persued someone to give us a room. They went above and beyond, really brilliant effort from them for us. Couldn't recommend enough!

Turned up this morning with no real plans and the friendly and knowledgeable team came up with lots of great options and did all the booking. Fast, friendly and amazing knowledge.
