Story

Spanning over 173 hectares – almost three kilometres in length and two kilometres wide – Lake Hood caters for almost every water sport imaginable. We have an eight lane international specification rowing course, international water ski course, jet skiing area and plenty of room to either swim, leisure boat, windsurf, kayak or whatever activity you can think of.

The lakeside too offers an array of outdoor activities, with numerous lake, river and reserve walking and biking trails on 63 hectares of Aquatic Park Reserve land. Or, you can laze away your afternoon at one of our picnic areas, or the renowned Lakehouse Restaurant, café and bar.

The residential development is set on the shores of the lake, interconnected by canals and bridges (influenced by traditional European waterside design). Sections, and house and land packages are available to own, with a selection of living styles on offer – from apartments and lakeside residences to rural homesteads.
