This was a very cute little stop!
My favorite spot in the Catlins
Beautiful short walk to one of the prettiest places I've been. Best on a warm cloudy day with no wind!
Hidden gem along the Southern Scenic Route, definitely worth stopover to appreciate this small reflective lake. It is about 5 minutes walk from the parking to the lake. When we were there, we had the whole place to ourselves the whole time.
A short walk to the lake, 20-25 minutes return depending on how slow or fast you walk. An unusual dragonfly not sure what it's called coz they're twined . Overall, I love the place. Solemn and nice. If you love nature, this place is a bucket list.
Magical place to visit. Lake was covered with ice. Easy short walk
Small lake but incredibly still and reflective. The morning walk through the forrest to get there was also worth doing.
Beautiful and peaceful
