My mum got her eyebrows tinted and when she got home I saw her eyebrows coming up the driveway before I saw her! She’s not the type to say anything, so she just came home and cried. Beyond being the most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen, and her being an absolute trooper with all of the jokes coming at her, this isn’t acceptable.

I went to the shop in person and made a booking in advance with specific requests. When I arrived for my appointment, none of these requests were relayed properly and I did not get the service I was after. Waste of my time and money.Services: Manicure

A huge thank you to all the ladies that pampered and made our sister feel so special today. Words cannot express our gratitude, for being so gracious, tender, kind and caring, it absolutely made her day. We as a whanau appreciated, that your staff extended your service to us and made us all feel welcome. One staff member overheard us discussing, that our sister was possibly thirsty, and without being asked, fetched her a drink of water. Absolutely amazing everytime .. beautiful nails and staff every time

I took my daughter to get her nails done for her upcoming ball and now she doesn’t even want to attend the ball with the way her nails have turned out!!! She asked the lady to cut her cuticles and none of that was done. I am horrified with this service you are providing as you are leaving clients feeling embarrassed and disappointed, and now my daughter will get bullied because of this!!!! also the nail polish colour looks like a white boys foreskin!!!!!
