One of the best shopping malls I've been to anywhere. The tropical greenery is outstanding. The layout, superb. A relaxing environment to go to. The parking though, a bit difficult during peak times.
Best shopping centre, places for hang outs, dining, shopping and movie nights. Mostly all the desired shops you will find in one place. Only the face shop is missing here.
I almost lost one of my valuables but the staff managed to return it to me ssecurely. I appreciate and commend the standard of the security and the place itself is clean and safe despite of the current pandemic that is happening. Thank you.
What a great time! Spent afternoon at Couch pancake restaurant at Chermside! Very nice, although I wouldn’t mind a little more chocolate! Staff were very friendly and talkative, we even got a free bucket of fairy floss! a very happy customer!
My favourite when it comes to shopping. Parking can get little hard during peak hours but lots of stores, lots of restaurants and the food court has plenty to choose from. If I was to improve this place I would definitely add more parking spaces
management needs to be a little more open and advise customers about COVID deep cleaning, considering other organisations advise the community. In past 12months Westfields have had 2 known COVID contact cases in the complex. So much for looking after customers safety but rather concerned about profits instead.
Such a popular shopping destination for good reason - plenty to see and do there. However, finding a parking spot took a while.
This place is big. Best place to shop. You don't need to go elsewhere if you want to shop and to dine in. If you want to stay onger than 2 hours, you better get an apps. Members can park here for 4 hours, which is more than enough to shop and dine in.
