We are right opposite the awesome Pounawea Park & near the Waterfront!

Near to the fun family orientated Pounawea Activities like Bush walks, Tennis, Golf and Park and of course the waterfront where there is so much fun to be had!

This is a lovely relaxed camping ground, 2 minutes walk to beach. The owners are really lovely and caring, the facilities are great and very clean . The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, fridges, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, tea towels and detergent. The owners have thought everything. Great little sitting area outside kitchen. There was also unlimited wifi and sites are very good size with a huge grassed area for kids to play. Would really recommend this wonderful camping ground in a truly unspoilt area of NZ. The owners are very welcoming and efficient. It is very simple and you feel instantly set up with a place to camp and a hot shower with all facilities needed. A hop skip and jump to beautiful views . We highly enjoyed this place ! Also , good value for money is a bonus.
An amazing little hidden gem! We stayed here last minute at Koru flat. The owners were super kind and welcoming. The place is old but it has been updated. You can tell they pay attention to the small details which makes the place extra cozy especially for winter! The kitchen window has a beautiful view to the sea!Rooms: 5/5
We are there now!. Superb camp spot. Great kitchen, showers, and laundry. Drier and machine super quick. Best camp place we've been to. Lovely walk nearby that takes you round a beach and wooded area. Sea lions have taken up residents on the beach
Beautiful and calm place to stay! We stayed there two nights and thought it was great value for the money. All facilities were clean and well maintained, the campground with cute garden was just great. Will go again if passing by.
Randomly to find this lovely place from our the way to Dunedin. Very peaceful and nice holiday park. Friendly coupe host here to take care of you, $12 for each without power use. Price is good enough for a campervan traveller! You can have unlimited WiFi, kitchen & shower. Recommend :
Loveliest owner elderly lady ever!! Sooo nice,helpful and sweet. The campsite itself is a nice green grassy area,toilets were clean and the price is very good!
Great place!! we came by accident and decided to stay another night The owners are kind and generous The place is meticulous and reserved and very clean Fully equipped kitchen, clean amenities and hot water showers indefinitely, but with a request for consideration. Highly recommend!!
My favourite campsite in NZ. Just a pity I could only stay two nights. Lovely owner, beautiful grassy sites to pitch your tent and the best equipped kitchen I've seen during my whole trip. On top of that all is spotless clean and all of this for only 12nzd a night, it's a steal!
we really enjoyed this campsite. owners are very kind and friendly. fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dryer and shared lounge room are available and clean/tidy. Free WiFi is also available. All these for only $12pp on a non-powered site.
