Kotare Farm is an orchard growing figs and feijoas. We also make jams and chutneys from our own figs and feijoas.
We moved to Maungatapere early in 2014 after Geoff got sick of working as a government bureaucrat. Geoff had worked previously as a horticulturist and was keen to grow things. And so Kotare Farm began. The orchard already had some feijoas planted and we added to these plantings with figs and more feijoas.
We sell fig and feijoa products from home and from The Office Cafe in Maungatapere.
