Kosco Rangiora

They have a good selection of international foods, sometimes I cant get everything there but I ring ahead and source the other ingredients I need from other places. The owner is super lovely and goes out of his way to help. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning they get in the fresh produce like noodles, tofu and veg. Have to get there fast as these sell out very quick being limited stock and very popular.

This is my go-to for Asian ingredients. From crackers, frozen dumplings, great variety of chilli sauce, curry paste, frozen lemon grass with a reasonable price but not much selection for instant noodles which such a bummer.
