Nice and relaxing, well set out. Downside is an air bridge in the way of plane spotting, otherwise a pleasing area to chill

Great service at the bar with a great range of drinks. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of variety when it came to food - wasn't topped up very regularly and there was nothing on the signs to suggest dietary requirements I was travelling with someone who is gluten free.

Professional, good service and a awesome place to chill before your flight. Get a coffee or a beer and even a bite.

The old lounge was nicer. More plain in an attempt to fit more people in.

Great new regional lounge in Auckland, just wish the staff knew what vegan and vegetarian was. I asked two people what 'V' and 'VG' meant and got 2 completely opposite answers...one of them seemed to also think that the chicken meal was vegan! It would be good if there was a sign that clearly explained which each one was.

I have been a KORU lounge member for many many years..as an EX commercial Pilot... My wife and I would find it hard to go back to sitting in the noisy impersonal crowded airports again... and these Lounges are some of the best in the world.....
