Mixed review about this place, food was great, tiny glass of draft beer for $12. Staff always asking us how things were, but twice we had to walk to bar to get our own drinks. The table we sat at still had stuff from previous patron and they just took away without wiping down the table and there was remnants of food on the floor see picture we enjoyed our time but things could have been a lot better
We had a good experience. Everyone loved their food. The portion was a bit less but it was yummy, esp chicken biryani. I would not recommend their Chicken momo dumpling though. The cocktails were average I'd say for the price. The ambience is very nice and staff who served us were very friendly and attentive.
One of the best fusion inspired restaurants. Blending Indian and Malaysian flavours you really can't go wrong and should you also enjoy a tipple the spirits especially my favourite gin, has an enviable list. We shared numerous small plates which gave us a real overview of the taste sensations. Everything was tasty with a mix of textures including puff pastry which went well with their dipping sauces, they should sell these to take home! I can also recommend the lentils and the beef randang. I will be back to try more. Easy parking and an easy walk from the Tivoli Cinema.
Amazing place, great server and we really loved the meal. We got chicken nachos and butter chicken
We enjoyed our first visit so much that we went back 3 days later and "relished" in fine foods and great service again. We have chosen from the nibbles menu as it suits our eating style and gives us the opportunity to sample a wider variety of dishes on the menu. The young lady serving us was kind enough to give us a little history of the restaurant and we were pleased to hear that they are very busy.
Koi Spice Craft provided good food and service but the ambience was not helpful. It is quite a noisy environment. We had to talk louder to communicate with my friends. Otherwise, it is good. The tables are very cosy and next to one another. There is also an upstairs sitting.Food: 5/5
Fabulous food, staff and decor. We had a large group so very challenging for them. The handled the group beautifully. Thanks for a great night. Vegetarian options: Heaps of vegetarian options to choose from
Amazing food, wanted to try almost everything on the menu... backed by friendly, competent service. Will definitely return.
Came here for a birthday dinner just over a week ago. Service from the 2 ladies that served us was good. The male waiter that delivered our food paid no mind to who's dishes were who's and placed the dishes down anywhere after mumbling what the food was, leaving us to try and figure it out. Also a few rices were placed down kind of in front of people so we weren't sure if we were waiting for more rice or it was meant to share? The decor is stunning and the seats very comfortable. The bar has a large amount of whiskeys available. Prices were okay but to be honest you could go to a locally owned Indian or Malay shop and get much more flavourful food, a few from our table ordered medium or hot and didn't get any spice at all. I was underwhelmed by everything and personally wouldn't go back but it seems many people enjoy it so I guess that's just me.
Food is not good. Service lady never smiled. Place looks good but food no taste. Will never go there again
