Just enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tinkers cafe, located at the Te Mahia resort, a gorgeous quaint setting with tables & chairs on the deck looking out into the bay, great coffee, food & friendly staff, highly recommend, will be back
Delightful little cafe at a resort. Parking for about 8 cars and the cafe puts you right at the water's edge.
I visited friends who were staying there.Parking is down near the wharf.I was lucky to get a park as someone drove away..Otherwise could have been interesting. Nice unit and great views

Great place for coffee & they have an excellent meal option called Tinkers at select times. Bike over from Aniakiwa on the Queen Charlotte track, if you're fit.
