About

My Nan taught me to knit as a little kid, now I do it to unwind after work and as a way to make fun gifts. I mostly do small projects and my friends and family can only have so many wash cloths, hats & scarves so I'm looking to sell some of my creations!



"Knit Happens is a wool and craft shop based in Bodmin Cornwall. Stocking wide ranges of wool from King Cole, Stylecraft, James C Brett, Wendy Wool and Sirdar along with offerings from some amazing local artists. With a large workshop and natter area upstairs, we also offer various beginner and intermediate classes as well as weekly knit and natter sessions. We welcome everyone and anyone who has an interest in all things crafty!"

What a fabulous shop! Extremely well stocked and everything is beautifully presented. They are so helpful too. On my first visit, even though she'd never seen me before, the lovely proprietor went out of her way to find me a ball of wool that was out of stock everywhere else, so now I can finish my project. I'll be a regular customer from now on that's for sure. They offer so much advice, run knitting and crocheting workshops, host groups and so much more. They deserve every success with this super business.
Amazing little shop the lady behind the till is ever so helpful and helped me when I first got started crocheting back in March. Always come back here. Ps check out the buttons behind the counter!
Went with my mum & her knitting class friends, we had heard about the new knitting shop so decided to check it out. And we're all really glad we did! The shop is kept beautifully neat & tidy,the owner is a lovely woman who was very helpful and accomodating. There was a fantastic selection of wool and all the ladies were like kids in a candy shop! The only thing I would suggest to the owner is having a sign put out on the main road to let everyone know which turning to take,we shot right past it and only spotted the shop at the last second. Apart from that it's a great shop,great selection,great prices and well worth a visit x

What a lovely visit to Knit Happens. Victoria was really friendly and helpful. A fabulous range of yarn and all my favourites. Beautifully laid out and highly recommended. Easy to find with Google and parking just outside is a total bonus.
Absolutely love Knit Happens. Not just for yarn, and knitting accessories but the classes for crochet and crafts are excellent in the bespoke training room usually with generous refreshments too. Vic and Sam make me so welcome and are always ready to offer help if I need it. Thanks

Fantastic shop, beautiful craft for sale and lots of lovely wool and all types of yarn. Presented very stylishly, owners are very creative and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!
Can’t praise the service highly enough. The owners went out of their way to get me the wool I needed to finish a project. Lovely selection of yarns & am looking forward to doing some of the classes.
