Iv never seen the Nelson store looking so appalling, there are aisles you cant even walk down from items all over the ground, I know its Christmas but its only 8:30am
It would be nice if they took some pride in the men’s section - the athletic area is a pile of clothes dumped on a table and the regular area is filled with stock trolleys, blocking you in each aisle.nnCompare it to the women’s section - night and day difference
Absolutely disgusted with your staff. My 24 year old son with autism used to love shopping here, but has stopped due to the rude staff, glaring whenever he smiles at them and walking away when he asks for help. This place has gone downhill completely. Messy isles that are always blocked up and stuff constantly being moved around, making finding anything impossible. You should be ashamed
Under staffed. Store is always a mess including stock trolleys everywhere blocking isles. Staff at the door are constantly harassing you to scan as you walk out, maybe a smarter plan would be to have your checkout at the exit so you can leave your customers alone. Hard to fine staff around the store when you are trying to find items cause the set up is just a shambles. Likely the most unorganised kmart store.
