We stopped in while on holiday in search of bedtime stories for our children. The state of the children's book shelves made it near impossible to find anything and upon leaving the store I informed staff that whoever was responsible for that section needs to attend they just laughed...nCan't comment on any other area of the store but I was shocked by the lack of care and poor customer service.
I swung by after a day trip to Alexandra and was pleasantly surprised to hear them blasting meditation tunes throughout the store. This instantly made me super relaxed and so happy. I could've stayed there 'til midnight, just looking at the bedding and USB cables

Great range of products, toilets nearby just across the carpark outside the store, ignore half of these reviews of people complaining about returning products I’ve returned countless products and has a very pleasant experience with the staff some people just lack common sense with the return policy which is very straight forward if it was me I wouldn’t want to return bedding for a change of mind because I wouldn’t want to buy a used bedding someone returned and I guarantee neither would you great job Queenstown store the only downside would be the tidiness or lack of overall
Absolutely disrespectful with clients when they are foreigners. The checkout person didn't processed my refund for a return just because I was not from new zealand, I even had the product closed, brand new, and the receipt, she told me that the policy doesn't allow it and she didn't wanted to show the policy. The name of her was Priya. Certainly I will never buy ever again in that store since you feel vulnerable as they doesn't even respect the consumer rights act of the country they are operating in.
