This Mart is huge and it sences like asthetic place when you roam around the home decor section. Nearly everything you will get it at one stop.From clothes to kitchen appliances,utensils you will get at a cheaper and reasonable cost.
Two hours after having bought a food processor, which I did not use or take out of the box, I wanted to return it because it did not fit in the cabinet and the employee denied it to me. Very bad disposition. Terrible attention and she gave me invalid arguments. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING AS THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN!!!!
I visited kmart today and I was impressed by the size of the shop and the variety of products they offer. They have everything from home decor, toys, electronics, kitchenware, and more. The prices are also very reasonable and competitive.nnHowever, I was disappointed by the clothing section, which was messy and disorganized. There were clothes on the floor, hangers tangled up, and sizes mixed up. It was hard to find what I was looking for and the staff seemed too busy to help. I think they need to improve their management and customer service in this area.nnOverall, I would recommend kmart for anyone looking for a one-stop shop for their needs, but be prepared to spend some time and effort in the clothing section. I hope they can fix this issue soon and make the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Stunning location for a Kmart!nShop was well stocked, staff were great, everything was nicely arranged & organized. One of the few places in Queenstown that doesn't charge their customers exorbitant tourist prices. Keep it up
Very bad and worst experience with Queenstown k mart bcoz by mistakly I bought camping item, and I have receipt also but they can’t accept my product no return yet , I lost my money I hate this service zero marks for your policy ,, it’s new one only 1 day before I bought but can’t exchange it
