Great experience at Kmart in Dunedin. The store is well laid out with a huge range of products at affordable prices, making it easy to find what you need without spending a fortune. Plenty of variety across homewares, clothing, and everyday essentials. Staff were helpful when needed and checkout was smooth. A handy one-stop shop with good value and something for everyone.
Hi first time I’ve visited Kmart, found everything lovely and clear, great bargains. Service at checkout lovely ,very pleasant young lady. Young man at exit door happy and smiling. Congrats on your great staff.will visit again next time in Dunedin.
The staff aren't busy & 99.9% of them are just standing around having conversation or just behind the customer service counter twirling a basketball on their finger or on their cell phone watching videos.nnThere is a young guy with slight curly dark hair that works here that is very rude & abrupt.nnThe old Kmart store was better & the old Kmart store employed people with common sense & with an actual work ethic.
Just want to commend the incredible service from Indie who went above and beyond for a little girls birthday. We wanted to buy a large soft toy sushi but Kmart Dunedin were sold out. We ordered it online but as they are assorted and a macaroon was delivered instead. I asked the chat bot but they said the only way to get the actual item was to go in store, but the closest that may have had stock was over 3 hours drive away and as its assorted its not guaranteed. I called Kmart Dunedin and talked to Indie who volunteered to phone the other stores for us. She kept us updated and within less than a week had located one in Queenstown and got it personally delivered by the Manager from there. Thank you so much to both Indie and the Queenstown Manager, so impressed with the service and the birthday girl had a huge smile, thank you!
I love Kmart! However, why is it always such a mess? They need floor staff about, to tidy up the displays. Checking for price tickets and taking away the stuff that customers have dumped all over the shop, folding up clothes and towels etc.
