Great shop with lots of reasonably priced home goods. Always clean and tidy.nnParking is an absolute nightmare if you're there near peak times, so consider parking on the street if you can. The parking spaces are super tiny and narrow.
Very poor car parking capacity. Do not recommend.
Nice size store. However, stock levels always seem low. But if the item you are seeking says it's in stock on webpage check with the staff, they are very helpful and will check out the back for it. There are no public toilets on site, not enough customer carparks. The best time to visit is after 7 pm, you can generally get a car park and the store is not as busy.
Welcome back Kmart! I went today for the first time and was impressed. A beautifully laid out store. The staff I spoke to were Friendly and helpful.nMenswear was a mess, possibly due to high customer volumes since you opened. This didn't stop me purchasing several items from that department.nI will be back and next time I promise not to enter the self serve area through the exit like several customers behind me.] Lol.
Extremely frustrating instore experience - not recommended.nnLots of stock is unpriced or has the wrong shelf label, and the 'specials' labels have a price but no item name... see the problem?nnSo my disabled a$$ stands on concrete for 10+ minutes in increasing pain, waiting for the ONE manned checkout as half my shet needs price checks, then there's conflict which the poor cashier must get all day.nnThree staff come & go from checkouts, ignoring the queue; one opens a closed checkout to serve a customer who just walked in the wrong end instead of waiting their turn like everyone else.nnThe same staff member watches me wait, pay, and leave the checkout - THEN immediately requires me to dig around in the bag to scan the receipt before letting me leave the store - WHY?!nKmart's is surely the most stupid and customer-unfriendly checkout system in the world.nnIn summary: Sod this. I won't be doing 'instore at Kmart' again!
