I can't speak highly enough of the team at KiwiVelo. They have been amazing in helping me with any item or advice I've needed on my cycling journey. Lance in particular, always has time to help with technical issues and will go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend these guys.
Usually I would say that I had an unlucky day when I get a flat tyre on my bike. The service these guys gave me, and realising that such an awesome bike shop was around made me think I was lucky getting that flat tyre. $20 fixed my tyre right up, and they gave my gears a service too. Thank You Kiwivelo.
Amazing service. The team were always super helpful and the ebike I brought off them came beautifully set up with tyres already setup tubeless, cables nicely tidied, dork disc removed and fully charged. Thanks again :-
Great service from the team at Kiwivelo. Was looking at buying a new bike to commute to work and general fitness and a few other shops couldn't be bothered to help me out as I wasn't looking to spend huge money. Lucky I made a stop to Kiwivelo as they spent the time to find a bike that catered to my needs and educated me on things I would've never known. Definitely coming back for my bike needs in the future.
Bought a new e bike in December. They seemed to have a good range of bikes. Bike is wonderful. I bought 2 identical bikes the same day from different stores. The other store made us feel far more welcome. Apart from a bottle of bubbly and a backpack to get us off to a flying start they also offered us free services for a year whereas Kiwivelo gave us pretty much nothing and one service. Said it would be far too expensive for them and they might go out of business I had to wonder how much a drop of oil and tightening a few screws could be. A bit of a strange thing to say when you've just spent a small fortune. Apart from that all good.
So impressed with Lance, he's not driven by money, but truly cares about the customer and meeting their needs, first and foremost. Highly recommend to everyone.
I had a General Service on my Pinarello Prince which I also purchased from the shop late 2020 & would like to commend Steve who worked on the bike on the great job he did. The bike was noticeably better after he had worked on it. The crank felt smoother, gear changing was slicker, & the bike tracked much better. My first ride after the servicing was very enjoyable, & I would certainly be happy returning for the next service when it is time, Thanks.

Really helpful and knowledgeable service provider. Took bike in for a tweak and they gave it a thorough overhaul, fixing issues that could have escalated. Bikes runs really well now and I am sure it saved me more expensive repairs down the line.
I have found my experiences with Kiwi Velo to be of an exceptionally high standard over now almost 3 years. The staff are really friendly and accomodating and typically welcome me with a very good Cappuchino. The store layout and presentation is first rate. I have recently purchased a beautiful Bronze Iride Wilier Cento 10 Hy which Matt Markby [the Wilier product manager at Kiwi Velo] organised and imported for me from Wilier Triestina in Italy. He really went the extra mile to coordinate this during the Covid lockdown in Italy and then in NZ and could not have been more helpful. I also wish to give a shout out to Jiri Pilik [ Senior Service Technician] who is a great guy and an expert on all things related to the mechanicals of bicycling and especially valuable as well is his encyclopaedic knowledge of all things Campagnolo. I would really recommend Kiwi Velo for their product knowledge, complete service and range of very high quality bike products. Jonathan Sprague
