I recently completed the Tour Aotearoa 21. The sales and workshop team supported me extensively to get my bike set-up correctly for the event. Sam was particularly knowledgeable on the bike set-up and the workshop team prioritised me for some minor work, as I transited through Auckland. Thank you all!
Great service & great selection
Just picked up a new Sinch ebike today and the service was top notch. Very professional brief on everything we needed to know before hitting the trails. Highly recommend these guys. Cheers

a young lad locked in on thinking , didn't know his product even when shown the facts, djd not apologies, had no idea. Older staff are more knowledgeable. Good range of quality bikes

Although they sell E-bkes, the guy I spoke to there didnt have a clue about servicing them.
The staff were very helpful, the guy who did my bike fitting know his thing very well. He explained to me every details of all the things that need to be done with my bike. Now I am riding more comfortable and my bike handling becomes easier. Definitely will recommend!
