Great store. Friendly staff. My fave buy so far has been the cat house. My older cat likes blobbing on the top and my younger cat likes to beat the crud out of it like "what did you say about my mum? I'll go you bruv!"
The friendliness of the staff and their knowledge about pets and the products they stock is great. They have a great teams of dog groomers.
Was able to quickly supply an item I had ordered elsewhere. Great service. Had earlier gone instire to purchase fish but left with nothing as stocks and selection was very low. Good store generally.
It's was really cool apart from there were no birds and a little section of bird toys and food. I know there isn't that much demand for them but I'm not seeing them around that much. It would be just nice to see them again in person
Quite disappointed in my most recent purchase, I have bought from this store numerous times. This time I needed some medication to treat some sick fish, thought I usually get the package in 1-2 days it would be fine, however this time is different purchased Monday hoping to receive either Tuesday or Wednesday, nope I received the email Friday afternoon saying the package has been received, so wouldn't see it till Monday all going well. Well after waiting a week and the fish getting worse I went to a pet shop and bought some medication effectively making this purchase useless, and still lost the fish. Had an email or some communication been received stating a delay I would have canceled the order and purchased from elsewhere.
Postage isn't the beststill fast withn the week but that is to be expected these days.i had a warranty issue with one of the products I purchased. Not anything to do with them but it was sorted really quickly and they also threw in a few freebie giftskeychain etcwas awesome to get good service.thanks
Ordered a product online. They sent it to an address at the other end of the South Is. The person who received it contacted me. Communication from the store was rubbish. Not even an apology. In the end through the determination of the person in Invercargill I got my package. I complained and asked Kiwipetz to acknowledge the 3rd person somehow for their help. She didn’t even get an email to say thanks. I will not be a repeat customer.
Selling products online that they don't have in stock bit disappointing since they already taken the money from my account, yet a week later still no product. No communication from them
A pet shop that still thinks selling live animals is acceptable in 2022 . Big chain pet shops have stopped due to welfare concerns but this place still does it , Pet shops get their animals from backyard breeders which only encourages this type of unregulated animal breeding when rescues and SPCA are trying to discourage it. Not a good look for this pet shop.
Well stocked shop, with pooch pampering facilities in house. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is good. Bring your pet in type of shop. It has everything you need for your pet health.
