Very highly recommended. Kiwicakes has the best range of cupcake papers and icing nozzles I've come across on the New Zealand sites, and I really like the look of the cookie cutter selection as well. Prices are competitive and the postage is reasonable as well. Service is super friendly and efficient. Excellent communication. The products I've ordered have been really well and thoughtfully packed, and have travelled very nicely. The website is very easy to negotiate with a good search function, and the descriptions and photos are very helpful. I was particularly impressed by the detail about the cupcake baking papers, which meant I got exactly what I was expecting in terms of size, design, and colour. I'm delighted to have come across this business. I will very happily look here first for anything I'm after in the baking line from now on. Thank you very much.
Kiwicakes are amazing!!! I had been struggling to find anything finding Dory/Nemo for my daughter's birthday and was cutting the time frame very thin. Thankfully I gave these guys a call and they shipped my stuffed straight away and I received the next morning thanx so much kiwicakes you saved me lol

What Fantastic Customer Service, less than 24 hours after placing my panic order, loads of small items included, my order arrives here in Gisborne. Obviously so very experienced dealing with panic shoppers like myself, personal contact 7am etc not a problem. To go right along with such fabulous customer service the products & range they offer is also fabulous. When I text to say thanks for such a fast pick, pack & delivery of my order which very often takes 2 weeks from Auckland, I so loved the humility offered, " we can't take credit for the courier service that's out of our hands, the order was our pleasure" Lovely Humble Owner/Operator here, so refreshing, such a pleasure. This is the fourth time i have used kiwi cakes and it has always been for an important birthday and once again they have produced an amazing cake the latest one I got from them was for my son's 21st and i gave them a photo i wanted to be used and they blew me away with what they had done with it and the cake its self was beautiful and moist. Thank you so much for making a great cake i would highly recommend kiwi cakes.
