The best customer service here. I came 10:00 am and they opened door they started work. They are amazing cheerful and friendly. I wanted to create new account. They helped and they answered my all questions. They created for me new account max 15 minute and i take my kiwibank card. I created app also. They showed everything. They are amazing kind and helpful. Thank u so much them especially this woman. She is really understanding and helpful
Worst customer service ever. You are closing all the branches and expecting customers to do everything over the phone and online but provide no service or help whatsoever Called 3 times in the space of 15 minutes only to be hung up on, denied service over the phone and extremely untrained and unhelpful staff. Not much spirit of a Kiwi own bank.
Terrible customer service... will stick to papamoa, where the staff are great to deal with.
Helpful staff, full range of post and banking services, excellent location.
I love its delicious food's and shopping
