It is lovely and friendly place. But I think one indian manI rather not say his name has a problem. Very unprofessional and I have no idea why he is so unfriendly at all time. Except him, All staffs are nice and I really satisfied with their service. Thanks.
I actually hardly get impressed with customer service but we are busy walking out your branch thrilled at the service. Tara helped us banking assistant and she was fantastic, we had just gone int ANZ and it's not even comparable. So thank you.

Excellent service apart from an Indian man who could be the supervisor who is very rude and does not appear to know what he is doing , is extremeley uncooperative and is obviously in a position of dealing with the public that he is finding it too difficult to handle , may I suggest a behind the scenes job .
