A couple of weeks ago we had such a great time in this wonderful place. We drove past without prior notice and even though the distillery expert was busy with a small group doing a tasting, he gave us his full attention!! The young man was super professional and super personable, he passed on his passion for the products he makes to us 100%. What can I say; everything we drank was just delicious. I would have loved to buy out the whole shop. If you are interested in whisky, gin and good liqueurs, this is the place for you. The ingredients for the individual drinks are all made from local fruits and ingredients and that explains the excellent quality of the products. The beautiful garden, covered by flowering vines, invites you to linger for a while. If we visit New Zealand again, we will definitely come back, we promise!!
Stopped in for a quick tasting. Bartender Bailey was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helped walk us through their wide variety of spirits. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys spirits. The flight tasting was great. $10 which became complimentary if you purchased a bottle! Awesome deal.
Loved this stop. Lady was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Family owned business. Good variety of samples. Nice area of sharing a platter and relaxing. Must do if in the area.
Thank you so much to Jeremy for a fantastic tasting. We arrived without a booking in the afternoon and left with a bottle of the Greenstone gin and Waitui whiskey. Amazing product and even better service. If you’re in the area, this place is a must visit!!
Without an appointment we've had an amazing tasting. They make some very tasty bottles varying from whisky to honey liquor. Would absolutely recommend!
