Kiwi House is a unique Waiheke Bed & Breakfast. A six bedroom home set on two levels, amidst spacious decks and an attractive garden setting, your next ‘weekend away’ makes the most of its Oneroa location, and all that Waiheke Island has to offer.

Affordable, fresh, inviting, you will know yours is a seaside stay. This is a fabulous place from which to explore the vineyards, specialty shops, art galleries, and cafes… and yes of course the beaches. A most difficult decision will be whether to meander into the village, to Oneroa beach, perhaps Little Oneroa, or Blackpool. All are less than 10 minutes easy stroll, and if you want to venture further afield, bus stops are within 100 metres of the B&B.

Kiwi House is well known in Waiheke, and has a story we would love to share with you. Suffice to say it has been a popular stay for travellers since 1998.

Great location, super close to the beach and shops. House is great and hosts are super friendly.
It is the little things....what a gorgeous place to stay. Tracy was super friendly and so accommodating. We mixed up our times and she was happy to help. The room was very comfortable and morning tea and coffee just outside our room was perfect. Breakfast downstairs with a beautiful view. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.
What an amazing BnB. Our host Tracy was so lovely and helpful. Our room and ensuite were spotless and the bed very comfy. Provided breakfast was first class. Very convenient location only a short walk to the shopping village and beach. Common areas were always spotless and inviting. I highly recommend booking this accommodation.
Beautiful home to stay in and Tracy was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was pristine and the breakfast provided was really good. Well located to everything we needed - wineries and restaurants!! Great district views. Highly recommended.
Stayed at the Upstairs room on the left. Has its own private balcony and ensuite. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Oneroa. The bus stand is a 2 minute walk. So can get from the ferry terminal in the bus.
Amazing place to stay breakfast included and the Tracey the hostess is more than willing to help when need. Walking distance to main shops , eateries etc and bus stops close to house to get on to other place son the island.Rooms: 5/5
Tracy runs this bed and breakfast efficiently and leaves you with a beautiful room. Rooms are impeccable and beautifully designed and decorated. From Kiwi House you can walk up to Mudbricks vineyards, Oneroa village for some shopping and restaurants. It is quiet an cozy and the breakfast is superb. Real food for real people. And this all happens in the living room area where you literally feel at home. We only stayed one night but for a next time I would certainly consider 3-5 days.
Very welcoming host. Absolutely beautiful rooms. Would love to have been there longer to relax & enjoy it more. The breakfasts in the mornings were amazing. Will remember to pack some mozzie proof clothing for next time as I didn't realise it was such a huge issue on Waiheke Island.
Great value. We had a very pleasant stay here. Very clean, warm, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful inside & out. A very generous breakfast. Would definitely revisit.
