It sounds like there have been some mixed experiences with different branches and/or staff from this company but I can only say good things about Brian in Auckland. Would definitely recommend him. Super efficient and thorough.
Highly recommend! The Auckland team helped us with 6 or so pre purchase building inspections, nearly all of them at very short notice. All reports we received were very thorough with great pictures to aid in any explanations/notes. Huge thank you team!
Rajesh was the inspector and he left the house in a worse state than he found it. He damaged internal fittings then left them damaged without mentioning what he had done. When I contacted the company they suggested I take it up with the inspector. Seemingly wiping their hands of it. Not a way to deal with it.
Great to deal with and we're really happy with their work!
