Absolutely rude phone manner, Called to enquire about a part, instead of saying "no sorry we don't have that in stock" I got "nope cant help you, bye" in the snarkiest tone. My parents having been going to you for years to buy parts and they recommended you for that reason, disappointed is an understatement. wont be back
If they don't have it, they will put you on the right track! Even let me take it away to size it thankyou. Seems like a dirty and thankless job till I paid. Not that their fees are exceptionally exorbitant rather that I am a retentive tea-totaller on a tight budget.
Last shop in bromley that i looked for my car part and took them a few minutes for them to give. Looked brand new and cheaper than what i purchased from other shops. I would really recommend this to shop to my friends. Cheers
