Excellent Staff. Excellent Location. Room was clean... but very dated and tired. In much need of a refresh. There was no cutlery for eating in your room. So if you get takeaways think ahead. Also would have been nice to have the fridge on before we arrived.
Great stay will definitely be back. Our Room are nice very clean with everything provided nice bathroom and kitchen area, bed was super comfortable. Was raining good cover outside and table and chairs. Swimming pool available and restaurant onsite.Rooms: 5/5
Booked a room with walk in shower and kitchen got there they gave us a small room no kitchen and a shower over bath then changed room to no kitchen but a walk-in shower. There were 3 of us but everyday they only gave us 2 of everything and did not make up our rooms was the worst place I have stayed in for a long time will not be going back. They also had school kids staying there constantly slamming doors and making a lot of noise and would not listen to us to be quite.
Website shows lovely, modern looking rooms. I have been here before. Today I paid $210 for a room from the 80's which looks nothing like the website. Asked at front counter but couldn't do anything apparently. No air conditioning, desk with no chair, beds are uncomfortably soft and a tv circa 2010.Rooms: 1/5
Must stay was Fantastic. Clean room nice pool for summer, we had dinner in the restaurant was good breakfast was amazing and all priced well. Location is great in the center. Thanks team
Good location. Middling and slightly rude service. Average room bed good. Breakfast poor no coffee, food quality low and limited quantities, slow replenishment. Major downside: lots of signs stating no noise policy after 2130h. Completely uninforced. Horrid wedding had people screaming in the corridors well into early hours of the morning 0200+. Rooms: Functional at best. Bed decent. Shower poor very low flow.
One of the best hotel we stayed in. The room is spotless and everything are provided. Highly recommended for an overnight stay or more while in the River City!Rooms: 5/5

Our Red Hats had our Christmas party there last night taking advantage of the buffet. It was very good. Hope they do it again next year. Food & drinks: Food was delicious
Where do I start the fridge doesn't work properly frozen food melted the wifi cuts in and out the tv settings are way out and hard to watch Pointed the problems out to reception and they did nothing about it The breakfast was cold If a discount doesn't come my way before I leave I will never stay again very disappointed for $150 a night
