Bought 6 Photinia Red Robin Trees, Gary gave us an excellent service, very helpful with advise and got it planted and the person who planted was really profession and understanding.
Poor after sale customer care. Bought thousands of pounds of trees and our Tulip tree has not come into leaf despite Kings finding that it had been planted correctly and the moisture content of the soil being correct. Their excuse for refusing to replace the tree was that it might not always have been the case. We won’t be buying from them again.
Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff. Paul and Teresa were really friendly, taking time to advise us, not only on the plants that would complement each other but on the right planters and pots. Delivery was quick and installation completed efficiently. All round, an excellent experience; we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a Himalayan birch tree and it arrived only within a few days, which is outstanding given the current circumstances. It was perfectly and safely packaged; no damage had happened in transit, and you can tell it had been well watered before being boxed up. Excellent service and a beautiful tree! I spoke to Gary who was a real font of knowledge, giving me some great advice about the best trees for my specific requirements. I ended up buying 4x 10-12cm girth trees on the back of his great advice! I paid for their professional planting service, the person plating was very knowledge and patient, ensuring the trees were placed in the perfect place. I now have 4 beautiful trees, a very happy customer indeed! :
