Story

Hi my name is Olivia Pogan I am 18 years old and am based in the lower Kaimais of Tauranga. I provide nearly all horse services from schooling problematic horses, starting, foal training, sale on behalf, lessons, and natural horse manship lessons. I have a lot of experience in all phases and I have not come acroos a horse yet in the last four years of schooling that I have not been able to improve and create a more well- rounded relaxed horse no matter where it's started or what it's doing.

I am currently competing successfully at 1*(Novice) ESNZ events and have been to NZPCA eventing champs in 2012which is a National team where my team placed fourth and I was placed 11th individually in the Training class. I have also competed at Timberlands North Island teams event in 2013 where my team came 2nd and in 2014 where our team was 1st. I have competed at 1.10m in SJ for the last four years with success. I have my B certificate at pony club and have been riding for 8 years. I have schooled, broken in and sold on behalf a number of horses over the last four years with great results. I also do a lot of horsemanship where I have learnt from Paddy Mair (2nd placegetter at HOY Kaimanawa Stallion Challenge) and believe that this is a very important aspect to schooling no matter what discipline the horse is doing. I am keen to ride any horse and get such a thrill to teach horses new things and bringing them to their full potential.
