OMG the best venison burgers ever! I have to admit they're a bit pricey, but OMG they're mouth wateringly delicious. This is my new "Go to place" in Putaruru if I am craving a burger. True

I have been back a few times since my first few pleasant encounters, however, something has changed terribly.  The food is terrible. Overcooked oily yucky fisn and chips. Not sure what's happened?Food: 3/5

Omg this place is the bomb. It may not be KFC but the chicken is to die for. They also sell kinas, raw fish, and yummy fish and chips too. Come check it out for yourself  Wheelchair accessibility: The parking is right outside the door

Love the fish of the day crumbled. Getting the lemon fish takes me  back to my childhood when going to town on a Friday night for late night shopping and taking home shark'n'taties for tea, Kim is the happiest looking guy I've ever met so much so that we've nicknamed the shop smileys. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy so phone in your order. There's not just takeaways, they also sell raw and some frozen seafood. So if you're passing through stop in for something, we haven't been disappointed
