Just joined Keiser and have been very happy with my results, I have been having knee issues from my bike riding and they set me up with a plan to strengthen my knees it been about 8 weeks and has helped massively. The best thing was keeping me accountable, as I tend to stop working when things don’t hurt.

Sadly the booking system here is incompetent and they use the excuse of a ‘system failure’ to reorganize who they want at certain times instead of first in. You judge an organization by how they deal with their problems and KIESER Cammeray fails miserably in this department.

Fantastic team, helped fix up the back and shoulder after a few years of neglect!
