Sad to see their star rating is not 5.nnI visited this place more than 5times and I saw lots of careless motherswho just let little kids here and there without supervision at all. I saw the staff who was wearing glasses takes care of customer baby while mother was chatting with her friends. This is not first time that this amazing staff helps and smile to young little kids!nnThis place is big play ground and clean and some food you can choose. My 2 little girl really loves this place :nnThank you for all the staffs and see you soon guys!
We had my son's 4th birthday party at Kidz Corner. Everyone had such a great time. I like that Kidz Corner is really nice and clean, everything is new and fresh, from the flooring, to the bathrooms, and of course the play equipment.nnWe got the cheapest option, which was three types of food, plus drinks, chips, and popcorn. The chips were nice and hot 10/10. All the food was good. We were allowed to take our own cake and goodie bags.nnThe team at Kidz Corner were really helpful and it was such a bonus to not need to stress about the party beforehand, and unlike other parties I've thrown, the guests didn't destroy my house LOL.

However, I have decided to post the response to your atrocious meticulous response... from my friends email.nnTo Kidz Korner Management/Owner,nnI am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling experience we had at your facility recently. We chose Kidz Korner to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday, expecting a joyful occasion. However, the service was not only unsatisfactory but left us with a negative impression, especially for my daughter.nnWhen we arrived, we purchased the entry tickets at the counter and asked if you could store our cake in the fridge. Instead, we were rudely informed that there was no space in the fridge, Despite sitting with the cake for an hour and a half, none of the staff bothered to inform us about this policy earlier. Your response to my review, stating we ignored the sign on the door and website, is entirely misleading. Maybe if you had trained your staff to inform customers properly, we wouldn't have had this issue. Your suggestion that we deliberately ignored staff members is completely false. Had we known this in advance, we would have made other arrangements.nnAfter the children played for about an hour and a half, we brought out the cake. Immediately, two staff members rudely approached us, insisting that we couldn't celebrate with the cake and demanded its removal. Their behaviour was unprofessional, impolite, and lacked any empathy, especially since we were celebrating a child's birthday. My daughter was upset and embarrassed, and our guests were uncomfortable due to the discourteous manner of your staff.nnDespite this, I approached the counter to express my grievances and was met with further coldness. Your staff's behaviour was not only unprofessional but also unethical, showing a clear disregard for customer service. It seems such behaviour is a common occurrence at your establishment, as indicated by numerous negative reviews.nnThis morning, I tried contacting the owner but was informed that they are overseas for the next two weeks. The manager apologized and acknowledged the lack of communication on your part. However, your response to my review was dismissive, accusatory, and lacked any genuine understanding of the impact this experience had on us, particularly on my young daughter.nnYou clearly need to reconsider how you treat your customers, especially children. Proper staff training is essential to handle situations involving children with basic human decency. No family should have to endure such a traumatic experience while celebrating a child's birthday.nnYour response to my review was not only inappropriate but also defensive and accusatory, placing the blame solely on us. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no other family goes through what we did. We will not be returning to Kidz Korner, and I will advise others against choosing your facility for any celebrations involving children.nnShame on you. Learn some humanity.nnRegards!!!!
Very well designed and super fun for all ages, the cafe especially is a delight to relax in whilst the kids played. The food is delicious not to mention the yummy coffee : Thank you for having a place like this.
Rude customer service with staff choosing to argue when feedback is offered, wanted to leave at that point but had already paid. Staff clearly unhappy or too far stretched.nnBe aware, when reviewing prices on the website zip line is listed however it wasn't operating the whole time we attended. This is mentioned elsewhere on the website that it only operates when staff are available but no mention of it within eyeshot of what you get for your money.
