Mangawhai activity zone great. It's got so many facilities for young and old from the ever growing kids playground, skate park, pump track, tennis court that also functions as a basketball court, flying fox. There is even a cafe and barbecues you can use.
Excellent active centre. Lots for kids and adults who like to skateboard to do. Would go there again with grandson
Took our 1 y/o here and had a blast exploring the sand and watching all the kids using the playground. Loved it
Dope as skate park , wish I had my board and skate shoes and didn't have a torn calve muscle lol, still loved it though and I'll be back. My daughter loved the kids park and had a great time playing . Thanks mangawhai park
Lots of interesting activities and gear. Flying fox was broken at the time. Would be nice to have 2. Not so sure about using sand. Place feels a bit on the dusty side. Car park is gravel. Still a fun place to be.
Majorly impressed with this community park!! Something for every family member, the facilities are second to none & by the looks, is only going to grow Well Done Mangawhai!! Way to lead by example... every town should have such a resource.
Awesome. But need to make sure you take a sun umbrella or for of shade. As not many tree sitting areas. But great place for alot of age groups.
