KFC Whanganui

Even tho you missed our P&G it was the most efficient KFC we’ve been too… ever! The staff were lovely and it was peak hour on Saturday night meal was out within 5 mins. Great work!

Came here Saturday night. Took mental note of who I’m assuming is the manager working hard along his coworkers. Thought it was cool that he was supporting the workers by encouraging them to keep working harder. Despite it being busy I feel the manager really did step up and the other workers followed which made the work flow a lot easier.nnService was amazing. Tended to us very fast despite it being late and busy and our food had come out faster than we expected. First kfc that we’ve been to in a long time where the chicken was crispy and moist. The chips were also perfectly crunchy and the zinger burger was great too. I guess this is what kfc is supposed to taste like when it’s well made.nnDining area was very clean. Floors looked like they’d been recently swept and the tables looked like they had been wiped down and cleaned. The ambience was also very nice

Called in drive thru on Tuesday evening to pick up dinner about 8.10 pm approx. Found the teller taking orders got confused easily and hard to understand. Place seemed busy inside. We went straight home with order and it was Luke warm. Chips were soggy and after the to layer were so salty we couldn’t eat them Potato and gravy was hardly edible as potato was almost powder and had to be really stirred to make it edible but it was not enjoyable at all. Chicken was separated from the chicken and warm. Not a nice meal at all. Will not be back.

Yuck yuck yuck the potatoe and gravy lumpy no potatoe and looks like slop feel riped off absolutely disgusting and the chicken is so bone dry not even my dog will eat it

We went through the drive through only to get an indian that wouldn’t speak English properly & be deliberately evasive. So we left without anything. Sick & tied of ‘multiculturalism’.
