KFC Whanganui

Was in and out within less than 10 minutes, fast service. Arrived with a full drive through 3 minutes later it was empty! Clean bathrooms and committed workers. Very satisfied and impressed! Fyi our order was huge, over $100 and was made so fast, it’s all fresh too.

My chicken was pink, 2 workers agreed the chicken should not have been the colour it was, and replaced my chicken which I was then too scared to eat. I left a complaint via email, and got a response saying there was nothing wrong with the chicken. I was vomiting for 26 hours after eating this chicken, so had food poisoning as it definitely wasn’t cooked. I’m very unsatisfied with the response, and wouldn’t reccomend going here.

If I could give this KFC 0 stars I would. Did an online order. On pick up nothing was readynWaited 30min. I was watching the staff my chips were sitting next to my order for 30 min. When I. Asked for new chips the girl was so rude. I got home and everything on my order was wrong and everything was stone cold. Will never ever give my hard earned coins to this place again!!

I was disappointed with the service they gave me which was a big fat ZERO!!! After waiting for the staff member to finish packing her orders and to serve me a few customers entered after me and instead of asking who was next she proceeded to the other end of the counter and served everyone else. I'd already been there a while and so instead of waiting or causing a scene I decided to go the competition where i was welcomed with a warm smile. A big thanks to Maccas Wanganui. Yous done well and a five star to you guys.

we placed a catering order to feed 65 people. Really impressed with the quality of food, communication and service. Jason and the team were very helpful- it was a seamless process and the food was great!!
