KFC Whanganui

Absolutely disgusted. Unsure wether it was the crew that was on tonight as previous experiences have never been this bad before. Got to the drive thru and waited at least 20 minutes for acknowledgement. Banged on the order box to try get attention then 2 cars behind us in drive through got out of their cars and banged on the box to try gain attention. There were no cars or people dining in might I add. Finally a voice came through so proceeded with our order. Get to the window and there's about 6-7 staff members on all laughing and joking around goofing off now Im a chef and have worked hospitality for years and I get this joking around part but when u have a car line up of disgruntled customers well I think all fun and games aside customers come first. 2nd issue get home to find greasy chicken boxes and I mean dripping with grease no ice in drinks, one large chips was half full or half empty no seasoning buns were stale hard and dry and to top it all off no serviettes or spoons. Really really pissed off at the service and even more triggered when we saw the food. Would recommend training staff properly or having the onsite night manager overseeing the junior staff.nDO BETTER GUYS!

10-43 to the Springboks!!! I want to stay humble, but I have to talk, because the other guys talk too much. You know what's interesting? I understand crazy power of NPC PR machine, but your guy, beginning of the year he tapped like chicken, end of the year he fight for the title. Crazy! This is true. New Zealand only 120 KFC, South Africa 1057 KFC. I want to Eat your chicken because this is the number one Chicken .

Currently Dealing with food poisoning after eating KFC yesterday.nnAside from that I guess it was ok, but it's all slop. Don't go to KFC Whanganui if you can avoid it. It's probably the worst one I've ever been to. Also witnessed one of the staff members being racist towards delivery drivers. Really bad look..nnMorning to afternoon staff are absolutley amazing though, arvo - night and pretty slack.nnThis KFC need's a complete overhaul, it's never clean, the food is poorly made. They consitantly have issues with stock. How is this place allowed to be open??? Health Inspections where are you?!

For a change l Purchased 3 pieces boneless chicken box. $14.49 and it was DISCUSS TING! Covered in very crispy spice batter very little chicken inside. Even the dog didn't like it.nNever again . Regards Geoff.

Burgers not bad, if your getting zinger stacker, but the original recipe chicken is below average, had an ultimate burger meal 2day, and the drumstick it came with was so small, the chicken meat was Grey not white, was really not as good as it has been in the past, no one goes to kfc for healthy food, but this was pretty bad
