KFC Whanganui

Waited a long time for someone to serve us... customers after us also waited a long time. Then a worker got their speaker and started playing loud music. Workers were dancing in the back whilst ignoring customers.... not the best look when they still have 2 hours of service left ‍

Food is always good here. Make sure you check your drive-through order as items are frequently missing, but I used to not notice until I was at home and couldn't be bothered going all the way back. So now we check before we leave. Other than that, it is good.

We were travelling through Whanganui and thought we would grab something quick for dinner, well we chose the wrong place. 30 minute wait for our food, despite no queue to order. I feel sorry for the staff, there clearly was not enough of them and they looked stressed.

The food was pretty good, very fresh. Asked for some cheese sauce on the side and they were pretty stingy on the serving. A part from that the food was yum.

Love kfc food but went to whanganui kfc and they give so much attitude towards customers they need too understand its cause of us customers buying there food is why they are getting paid, they were ignoring me so they dont have to take another order, told me read out my order number and myn didn't have a number for some reason and they started saying can't u read was wowed by there attitude never going there again
