Mitchell that works at the Te Puke store is honestly the best, was so fast an efficient with my meal! Very prompt and just overall awesome attitude! Farr by the best service Ive ever had at any KFC and I buy it quite abit!  Such a Bubbly personality. Love it girl keep it up,

Very disappointed with the Kahuna burger I asked the cashier why wasn't it like the pic  of it on the poster was sooo different from what I got..cashier said..they are NEVER made like the poster and walked away!! I have heard since Rotorua and Whakatane KFC make them the same as the poster. Awaiting your reply ..

Just now have chicken in The puke  but this is not good chicken ... I am living in Rotorua and have taken so many time... But today's chicken is not good ... It's oily, not crunchy, chicken color is different... Seems expired  re heated ... Not happy ...

What a shocker!! Certainly needs an update. Not enough staff on. Staff that were there were pleasant.
