This is the third time we've had a disappointing experience at the KFC in Silverdale. We ordered a bucket meal, and the chicken pieces were ridiculously small. All the wings were about half the size of a teaspoon, and the other pieces weren’t much better. For a $60 meal, this was absolutely not worth it. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when we tried to lodge a complaint.
We ordered at the counter, it was very easy. The food was ready quickly, and was delicious. We dined in, and the atmosphere was nice and laid back. The whole experience was very satisfying. We live in Warkworth and always return to this particular KFC when on a trip to Auckland city.
Excellent customer service today by Rahul. The food was all fresh and cooked to order. Fast and efficient.nVery clean store. It was a pleasure to visit. Nice background sounds as well.
Absolutely shockingly bad service!nWaited 30 minutes for an order placed online that should have been ready in 10 minutes, according to the app.nWhen I walked in to collect my order, the person behind the counter turned and walked away to have a chat and a laugh with another staff member.nLuckily, this time, when my order finally arrived, I checked it because they got it wrong again, like so many times before.nNext time I'll buy my chicken elsewhere. No wonder they have such a bad star rating!!! Lesson finally learned.
Food was ok, had to ask for spoon for potato and gravy and ask for serviettes, biggest complaint was the toilets, they were disgusting they stunk of urine and looked physically dirty with urine in the lid, didn't look or smell like they had been cleaned for a month we were there 11.30am so shouldn't be in that state luckily I wasn't desperate for the toilet so I walked out without having to use it. Not good hygiene for a company that serves food.
