I've been in NEW ZEALAND more than ten years. We are KFC's regular customers. But now the chicken piece size getting smaller and smaller and smaller. we love KFC,But so disappoint, don't break our heart.
Just had a delivery and no coleslaw as ordered. Tried phoning the store numerous times and noone answers. You can do better KFC!
Fast service. But a typical fast food restaurant inside. Meh
Big sized KFC, could do with more staff as the service was slow. Food was what you would expect, however asked for eat in and it was given to me in a bag, also ordered two bits of chicken and got gravy and roll?. Flooring was slippery which was a pain, good use screens to show if your order is ready
Very unfriendly staff.The menu screen was flickering cant even see what to order.Staff mixed up our order.Put potato gravy in side with the chicken. Oil all over the container.Oh what a disaster. Management should train the staff properly.
Silverdale KFC is the best for service very clean and tidy also a very relaxing place to dine in thanks team keep up the great work .
