Went through drive through and waited for 5 minutes with no one responding so drive threw only to be told to drive around and wait at the back of the line again because they had other orders? Why not just take an order rat the window and apologize. Terrible service.
Great but they forgot a whole meal out of our order.
KFC Royal Oak.... Chicken & Chips are always hot, Service not so fast but it's the Chicken I'm there for.
Visited the drive through Thursday night chicken was soggy, greasy and tasteless and to top it off you forgot to put the fries in the order. No happy at all
Slowest service in the world and food was cold. Staff often have verbal and physical fights though so good for dinner and a show
Very good Saturday night tea. Service was 4/5
Place has recently been renovated, it's looks clean and fresh. I like KFC and this place makes it : pretty much always take away and use the drive through.
