New remodel is beautiful, service was fast, clean washrooms. No issues.
Newly finished Porirua KFC sees some changes. You can order on the screen now instead of talking to a person. However the number you get is not table service, you still need to collect your meal. Food was normal KFC, tasty.
Brand new venue, polite friendly service. Warm, well lit. Comfy chairs. Price of food remains fare and reasonable. Parking when packed is an issue, however Still great food. Worth a visit.
The upgrade to the place is awesome. Staff are so friendly

Since they have renovated, service is starting to return to normal, they have introduced self order screens. Only time can tell if there usual speed in service will return, and there chicken becomes less oily/greasy
Ordered the coupon tenders meal, didn’t even get the 2 tenders and sauce or a spoon for the gravy. Tried calling, and number isn’t even connected. Wasn’t given my receipt either, so can’t even go back to get what’s missing...
Awesome renovations with the exterior and interior of the restaurant. Have yet to have a drive thru experience less than a 15 minute wait so far, am hoping it’s still people recovering from being closed for six months. Only time will tell.
Another KFC, although when I went at about 8pm they had run about of chicken, so could only do burgers. Drive thru staff were good to deal with..
