The young Maori teen who served us around 7pm on November 23rd 2020 was excellent! Great customer service and you could see she was a great employee for the company by getting routine mundane jobs done. Great attitude and she'll go a long way in life. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. Very happy.
The foods great, however avoid peak times, especially if you're taking the drive through.
Non event really. Walked in and waited... Looked at the floor, covered in dry mud, yellow caution slippery floor signs dotted around. 3 people in front of me and 1 staff member moving slowly as if he didn't know what he was doing... I gave up waiting and left.
Could have been better NOT enough STAFF, only one Staff member serving doing great job, NOBODY clearing used tables. Not a good look. Chicken & Potatoes &Gravy was still YUM well done to the staff that was working.
OMG how did they manage to be slower than JVill and the chicken tasted like old car oil, Not a fan to start with but this was a new low id rather have mc DONALDS thats is as big an insult as I can give any KFC it was bad even by KFC standards
Good chicken. Shame you had no hot wings at 2.30pm and I question why have 3 tills and only one working?? And on boxing day.
